The powers that be will so...I could not agree more! The powers that be will soon discover that the solution does not lie in replacing entire staffs.....if they really cared to make change they would make the hard decisions....this idea of making wholesale staff changes at schools makes it LOOK to the public like the government and ruling authorities are trying to solve the problems...but those of us who work in schools know it is all a smokescreen.<br />The problems are much more complex and layered and need to be addressed at multiple levels.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02404860837877712497noreply@blogger.com
